Spring thoughts in Winter...

Well, we just recently had a large amount of snow dumped on our state. I normally very much enjoy winter. It is not very often that you can go exploring outside without fear of snakes or poison ivy (for those who don't know me I have an irrational fear of poison ivy). Plus the world looks so pretty in white. However as of late, I have been craving some spring grass and warmth. Maybe it is because I work outside on the weekends and freeze, or maybe it is the senioritis of my last semester at college kicking in. Either way I have been daydreaming of spring; this then produced some editting of old spring and summer photos. Last summer my friends and I went up north for my birthday. A hobby of mine is going to quaint antique stores and soaking up the history. So here are some of my favorite spring and summer things... outdoors and antiques, which I thought I would share with you all. Enjoy! :)

Kimberly and Chris Family Shoot

So the new year is officially upon us (by a couple weeks; I am a little slow in updating). Here are some pictures from the most recent family shoot I did. This family was so welcoming and kind. I think we all had a lot fun during this photoshoot.

This family shoot was a lot fun. We went to Formar, which is the nature preserve in Flint. We were able to take a beautiful fall walk while snapping some adorable family pictures. The littlest ones in this family are so cute!

Here is another wedding from this summer I did for some good friends of mine. I really enjoyed being able to photograph the memories of this wedding. This couple was open to travelling around the area a bit to get some great pictures!

Allie and Andrew's Wedding

So, I am just now going through and organizing my pictures. Over the summer I photographed a dream wedding on lake Michigan of a beautiful couple Allie and Andrew. Here is just a small preview of a beautiful couple.

I just love beach weddings. Not only is it very romantic, but it is also quite gorgeous!
